Chad began his real estate career in 1997 working for developer Wes Burnham at Edgewater Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, FL.  There he sold waterfront resale condos and Pre-construction condominiums at Long Beach Resort and En Soleil.

In 2002, Chad sold real estate as Director of Sales of Boardwalk Beach Resort. Chad provided the developers with in depth real estate financial and market analysis, marketing campaigns, prepared condominium documents, as he managed the real estate office. He managed all stages of the real estate project from the demolition to the completion.

Being the entrepreneur that he is, Chad opened a real estate office Miller & Associates Realty, LLC in 2004. His real estate company provides an array real estate services with infuses on investment property, commercial real estate, and project marketing. Over the past 5 years his firm has close more than $100 Million in gross sales.

Currently, Chad is pursuing a the CCIM real estate designation by completing two of the required courses and on pace to complete all real estate requirements by June 2010.
