We have have had a wonderful week in Panama City Beach.  I hope that you and your family are as happy as Carol, Matthew, and I are.  We have been staying at Majestic Beach quite a bit more than I expected we would.  We have only missed a few weekends since we bought the condo. If you have any customers who are not fully committed to buying a condo, tell them to call us.   When we get here, we go out on the balcony, listen to the waves, and forget about our problems for a couple of days.  Hope the New Year is healthy, and prosperous to your whole family.
